What this website stores about you
In short: almost nothing. This site sets no cookies, loads nothing from third parties, measures no traffic and asks for no consent. There is no contact form. If you write to us, you write by email.
Controller
FinTech Studio GmbH, Carsten-Rehder-Str. 50, 22767 Hamburg, Germany. Full details in the Imprint.
Server log files
When you open this site, your browser sends technical data that our host records in log files: the page requested, the time, the volume transferred, your browser and operating system, the referring page, and your IP address. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in running the site securely and without faults.
Retention: seven days. We do not combine this data with any other source.
Hosting
This site is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM — Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, 02742 Friedersdorf, Saxony, Germany, in business since 2000. The servers stand in the company’s own data centres in Dresden, where it runs more than 15,000 servers under its own management. A data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR is in place.
If you write to us
We process what you send us in order to answer you. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the exchange leads toward an agreement, and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. We keep your message for as long as the matter requires and delete it afterwards, unless a statutory retention period applies.
No cookies, no tracking
This site stores nothing on your device. There are no analytics services, no advertising networks, no social media plugins, no external fonts and no content delivery networks. Fonts and images are served from our own server.
External links
This site links to walbing.com. Following that link takes you off our site; what happens to your data there is governed by that site’s own privacy notice.
Your rights
You have the right to access (Article 15), rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction of processing (Article 18), data portability (Article 20) and objection (Article 21 GDPR). A message to the address in the Imprint is enough.
You may also complain to a supervisory authority. The competent authority is the Hamburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
